At Fyreplaces, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you’re getting the best possible value. If you find the same electric fireplace offered at a lower price from another authorized retailer, we’ll do our best to match it.
How It Works
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

Proof of price is required: Acceptable proof includes a competitor’s product page URL, email, or print advertisement.

Price must be current: The competitor’s price must be active and available at the time of your request.

Item must be identical: The product must match exactly — including brand, model number, finish, components, availability, and delivery conditions.

Delivered prices are compared: We compare the total delivered cost, including shipping and handling. If the competitor’s delivery fees are not clearly available, we will apply our own standard shipping costs to their price for comparison.

Quantity limits: We may limit the number of units eligible for price matching and reserve the right to restrict the total quantity per customer.
Important Exclusions
Certain situations are not eligible for price matching:

Timing of request: Price match requests must be submitted before placing your order. Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee the ability to adjust pricing once an order is submitted.

Policy compliance: If the competitor’s advertised price violates the manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy, we cannot match it, as doing so would breach our supplier agreements.

Special pricing: Our Price Match Policy excludes clearance items, going-out-of-business sales, and any prices that fall below our minimum profitability threshold.
